If you are interested in learning more about any of the topics on this site, here are some of my favorites:
doTERRA Essential Oils
These are some of the best oils that I have found available. I chose this company not only because of the quality of their product, but also for the integrity of the company and all of the good that they are doing in the world.
There is a TON of research and education on essential oils on this site. If you are a science-minded kind of person, this is for you.
This is a fun site and it's a good intro to the Real Food world.
Anyone who is into Real Food has this book. It's a blend of cookbook, food history and practical advice.
One of my favorite magazines. If you get it online you don't even have to worry about back issues piling up everywhere either.
One of my favorite sites for alternatives to plastic and they usually have pretty good deals every now and then too. I also happen to be the SouthEastern Rep for them, so I might be a little biased. Looking for bulk discounts for retail outlets or institutions (schools, etc)? Shoot me a note from the contact page and I'll get you hooked up!
Beth Terry is pretty much the bomb when it comes to living plastic-free. I highly recommed checking out her site.
If you're ready to really commit and want to help create change, this is a great organization.
This is a great site for those who are trying to consume less. Lots of ideas, tips and inspiration.
This is where I like to get a lot of my bulk dry goods, like wheat, rice, beans, and whatnot. They've also got a ton of readiness and preparedness supplies. And they're awesome people who love to support the community.
If you're looking for more than just a life coach, Alan is one of the best. He goes beyond just coaching and helps people create their own change instead of just telling them what to do.
I'm looking forward to speaking with you to see how I can help you!
